Yummyyyy! Great treat on a long hot day at the airport. Kind staff and fresh fruit toppings!

I had the white peach flavor yogurt with mango bursting boba, gummy worms(why not) and strawberries as my toppings. It was DELISH. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet, and kept the line moving rather quickly which was impressive considering the foot traffic at the airport

The one star is for the atrocious service.
There was froyo on the side of the cup. The server stuck a spoon to clean up the frozen yogurt on the side of the cup. That's not professional.
I asked for two flavors in the cup - white peach, and pomegranate. He only gave me one.
And the toppings were messy. There was strawberry pieces in the mango pieces at the cold bar. It's like he didn't clean up and organize it.
(I worked froyo shop previously, and we ensured toppings were cleaned up. We were immaculate). I just wish the server was properly trained or cared.
My froyo was small and the experience like many Yelpers commented was horrible.
I will not be back at this location. I used up $7 with dissatisfaction. I could go to a Starbucks and order a well made Frappuccino instead.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 10665622849Jan 29, 2023
I remember back when Pinkberry opened its first location in Atlanta in 2010, and my roommate and I made a special trip to try it. The early days of fro yo! I love the distinctive tartness of Pinkberry, and a medium cup of fro yo with toppings is one of the cheapest food items one can buy at the airport ($6.53 including tax). Pinkberry is in terminal 2 next to the Plant Cafe. They share a staff, but I did not have to wait long for my treat.

It's been years since my first review and I just so happened to be in the same terminal again when I saw the Pinkberry and remembered back to my last experience.
I thought it was time to give them a try again since my kids wanted Pinkberry. The (Filipina??) woman working there was very friendly and kind. I would definitely return again thanks to her great customer service.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Aug 7, 2017Previous reviewWas there yesterday after a long flight. I love Pinkberry so that's two stars there.
The person who helped me was unfriendly, kept looking over my shoulder while I was talking to him as if distracted so that's one star off and he was talking to someone dressed really nicely in a collared shirt, maybe could have been the manager who took a spoon full of toppings and threw it in his mouth in front of me. He used a spoon so no real cross-contamination but I still don't want to see the people behind the counter snacking on the toppings like they are chowing down at a buffet.
Overall, my rating reflects the overall lack of care in customer service. I would go back if I'm ever in that terminal again. I'd like to update with higher ratings if the service is better next time because Pinkberry yogurt is delicious but it is a business so customer service is important. - Cynthia Q.North Park, San Diego, CA122041Jun 5, 2024
Nothing worse than getting off a 7 hour flight to deal with the worse customer service when all I wanted was a sweet treat. No customers in line and the Filipino lady didn't even turn to look at me when I stopped by. When I ordered, I originally asked for two toppings and then changed my mind and added a third one. This shouldn't have been inconvenient. She started scooping out some of the strawberry already in my bowl back into the strawberry container (so gross and unsanitary for whoever chooses the strawberry topping next) and then put on my third topping. The amount I'm paying for airport pink berry is already absurd but to have one of my three toppings be 4 pieces of strawberry makes everything more absurd. After I paid I asked for a spoon and she pretended not to hear me. I guess if I annoy someone so much by asking for these basic things, a job in the service industry probably won't make them any happier.

I don't think I've seen a plant based yogurt place like that. I treated myself to it and ordered Cookies and Cream flavored. It's delicious and does not melt fast. But tastes like regular ice cream!! While you're at the airport in San Francisco. Go try it!! (Location: Terminal 2 (D))

I love Pinkberry froyo but the service here is terrible. I feel like the workers here hate their job. I'm an airport employee and I come here on extreme rare occasions when I need my ice cream fix when it's warm in the airport, anyways, every time I come here service is just bad. Employees here are not friendly at all.
My recent experience went as it follows:
Cashier: Hi how can I help you (while facing the sink)
Me: I'll get the swirl, cookies and cream and hazelnut please.
Cashier: what toppings do you like, (with a I don't give a shit tone)
Me: howany topping can I add again?
Cashier: 3
Me: coconut, cookies and cream and grah crackers
Cashier: (hands me my order)
Me: (pay my order....)
It was a terrible interaction. Whoever this Employee is must really hate their job. I get it, working at the airport can be tiring but the attitude was definitely unacceptable.
Unfortunately I will still continue to come here to get my ice cream fix if needed. To the management of this location, please let your employees know they need to improve their customer service attitude.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 16, 2022
If you're flying our of terminal 3 via United Airline you can get here by using the connecting walkway to Gate C-D. There was no line when I got there around 4:30pm. Two employees working and both were very nice and friendly. I ordered the Chocolate Banana smoothie. I saw how they make it. They put 1 whole banana, a lot of chocolate syrup, ice and just a swirl of the chocolate hazelnut frozen yogurt. It tasted good. I can taste the banana and ofcourse the chocolate syrup but i couldn't taste the chocolate hazelnut frozen yogurt. Next time, I will request easy on the choco syrup and more on the choco hazelnut fro-yo. It cost $6.99 plus tax one size.
