No quality check.

Ordered online a £2500 watch delivered a day late. Had not been checked before dispatch. The clasp was faulty and wouldn't stay closed and the leather strap was badly scratched on underside. Had to drive 30 mile round trip to return to store. Not happy. A shame as always in the past Had a faultless service with goldsmiths. Will buy in store in future.

Good experience at Derby Goldsmiths

Raj at Derby was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. She took me through every step. The watch arrived on the agreed date, which Raj adjusted for a perfect fit.

Excellent products and brilliant client…

Excellent products and brilliant client service. Especially like the ability to communicate with customer service over WhatsApp.
Return service is easy and delivery is super quick next day on most products

I was treated with care and curtsey

I was treated with care and curtsey. Offered a drink of my choosing. When I made my request the staff were very knowledgeble and acted promptly. I ordered what I needed on next day delivery and it arrived on time pick up was all very easy. Would highly recommend this company.

Rectified the issue

After a terrible experience with being sent out a watch that had been previously worn by goldsmiths they rectified the issue and replaced it with what I should have received in the first place a brand new watch so well done and I’m now a happy customer.
