Visited tje store in Nottingham Vic…

Visited tje store in Nottingham Vic centre. Dana was incredibly helpful. I needed to check other options but ordered the first ring I looked at with her.

I ordered on line due to other demands but would love Dana to receive commission for her service.

Top rated seller.

After plenty of research I decided to go with Goldsmiths for my Omega Seamaster 300m watch. It arrived 3 days later, very professionally packed and presented with a free watch winder. My criteria was fully satisfied with all my box’s ticked. Highly recommended.

Bought a Gucci ring for my wife our 40th anniversary it arrived in a green cardboard box not what I expected and I phoned the shop in the Trafford Centre 6 times and have not received the correct velvet box I will never spend my money in this store again

When I placed my order i was informed…

When I placed my order i was informed it was in stock. This, as it transpires, was clearly not the case, my order had to be sourced and then go through quality control which meant that it was two weeks late and the surprise that I had planned as my wife's wedding anniversary present was not not to be. Despite numerous phone calls and chats with your virtual assistant, which I had to instigate, and in which promises were made nothing was forthcoming until well after my anniversary. Please if there is a problem, be honest about it and keep the customer informed. I have written to your Management team but again no response - Not a good way to run a business.

Money refunded and then taken again without warning

Money for order with a long lead time was taken, refunded and taken again without warning.
After it was refunded I transferred it back to my savings account, so the second charge put me in my overdraft.

This was an insurance claim for my…

This was an insurance claim for my wife's engagement and weddings rings, and at first we were directed to Goldsmiths Bradford branch. This did not go very well, and to be told it used to be an Ernest Jones really had no relevance to the poor service offered. Any way after speaking with the insurance company our details were passed onto Katie at the Goldsmiths White Rose branch. Now to say things changed would be an understatement, from the word go Katie was extremely efficient, polite and professional. On the day we visited the Store to try on some rings Katie was joined by another lovely lady by the name of Michelle. We were there for approximately 2 hours, nothing was too much trouble, getting ring after ring from the cabinets to look at, try on, discuss and more. We did not have to move from the table and chairs we were sat at, everything was brought to us. These lovely people treated us with the utmost respect and decorum but were also very human and caring. Katie explained how the rings could be made in the size we needed (this was not offered by Bradford) and after much deliberating the rings were chosen and ordered. Katie has kept us informed at every step of the way going that extra mile. So to Katie, Michelle and store Manager Chloe we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful service and care taken by you to make sure that we left happy. If I could give you 10 stars I would. One verry happy wife here now.

The personal touch

I have had a lovely experience with Goldsmiths, having emailed their customer services I received personalised emails from Beatrice V, such a refreshing change from emails that almost seem written by AI.
Not to mention the jewellry that's just exquisite!
