    Stakeholders

    The Minnesota Collaborative Plan was developed by a diverse group of stakeholders. Each stakeholder is a chosen representative from an organization that is involved with the Collaborative Plan. The stakeholders are authorized to make decisions on behalf of their organization. A complete list of organizations involved with the Collaborative Plan is available. Each stakeholder is assigned to a workgroup dedicated to a specific topic. The groups are:

    • Birth-Age 5
    • Kindergarten-Grade 4
    • Grades 5-8
    • Transition (Grade 9-Age 22)
    • DeafBlind
    • Language Acquisition & Tracking
