Jenna Laine

Senior Management Consultant

Prior to joining MAD in April 2023, Jenna Laine worked at the Minnesota Department of Health, where she was a leader in the newborn screening program. She also has experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant and a clinic leader at a private healthcare organization. She has led employee engagement, DEI, and employee resource groups. As a seasoned project manager, Jenna looks forward to consulting on a variety of projects with MAD.

In her time outside of work, Jenna volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader and youth sports coach and is an active member of a local Mothers of Multiples club.

Consulting focus

Jenna’s consulting focus is both organizational development and research and analysis. Jenna has project management experience regarding implementations, interoperability, quality and process improvement, program evaluation, focus groups, team management, curriculum design, organizational effectiveness, training, and facilitation.

Client and project highlights

Jenna’s early projects with MAD have included managing and organizing interviews for Child and Youth with Special Health Needs in the Department of Health, Preschool Development Grant engagement with the Department of Education, an assessment of income and resources for children in foster care with the Department of Human Services, strategic planning with the Public Utilities Commission, and an organizational assessment with the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board.

Educational background

Jenna received a doctorate in education with a focus on adult learning in the workplace from Hamline University, a master’s in liberal studies from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor’s from Hamline, with a major in psychology and minors in sociology, anthropology, and religion. She is an Intercultural Development Inventory qualified administrator and has completed the Leading with Insight Certificate.
