Trevor Frey has experience in management consulting, consumer insights, and academia. Prior to joining MAD in 2023, he worked at Korn Ferry as a consultant, at Polaris on their consumer insights team, at the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) for MSP Airport in their Employee Engagement and unit, and at Minnesota State University, Mankato, conducting research and teaching. Trevor became a consultant because he enjoys variety: every project brings different perspectives, different organizations, and different challenges. He is skilled at identifying unique approaches and solutions for every client.
Trevor’s consulting focus has primarily been around research and analysis, but he has experience in facilitation and organizational development as well. He is most comfortable in the survey design, analysis, and data visualization space and would love to continue working in those areas.
Some of Trevor’s early projects include technical support and project coordination for the Workgroup on Expediting Rental Assistance, virtual inspections planning with the St. Paul Department of Safety and Inspections, survey analysis for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and a process improvement project for Minnesota Management and Budget.
Trevor has a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a bachelor’s in psychology from Illinois State University, where he also minored in Spanish.
