I was made very welcome by each of the…

I was made very welcome by each of the staff & treated with respect. The gentleman, Mo, was very knowledgeable about the Tudor watch that I did purchase & as I was not able to actually get it on the day he did manage to have it delivered the following morning. The whole experience was pleasant & I was treated with the utmost respect.

A wonderful shopping experience

Attentive, professional, knowledgeable and always prepared to go that extra mile.
Warmly welcomed, acknowledged and dealt with quickly.

Amazing service!

Amazing service!! Ordered a gift for my daughter at 10pm and it arrived the next day!! Slightly cheaper than anywhere else

Don't be afraid to ask questions and ask to try things on. Rings look surprisingly different in situ.

A welcoming shop, pleasant staff, painless order process and they even gave my wife some Prosecco for her birthday! Good range of rings too: we found exactly the one we wanted.

Poor customer service process

Clasp on expensive bracelet wouldn’t work. Tried to call to speak to someone- told to go on live chat - no one available - directed to book a virtual appt - booked and joined at allocated time - no one turned up for 30 mins - option to have call back - after selecting saudcwas t available!

Excellent service Lisa was very…

Excellent service Lisa was very knowledgeable nothing was a bother ordered earrings which i had bought as a gift to be sent to the shop they arrived next day was informed by telephone went to collect. Also she sorted my insurance claim on my own earring which had been damaged went above & beyond to sort it for me, was very impressed with the outcome Thank you very GOLDSMITHS for outstanding customer service

Excellent service, and gorgeous jewellery

Visited Goldsmiths in Norwich recently to arrange to have 2 rings resized. The Sales Assistant we saw was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I mentioned I could be possibly looking for a Ruby ring. She had a very good knowledge of her stock, as she showed me exactly the ring I was looking for, a gorgeous ruby/diamond ring. She was not all pushy and suggested we go away and have a think about it, an hour later we were back to order it. Subsequently it was delivered on Thursday and fits perfectly! Thank you Goldsmiths, as always excellent service! Would we recommend, absolutely!

Hello. I rarely complete online reviews but this is my pleasure to do so. Amazing turnaround from purchase to receipt - all within 24 hours! Fantastic service from both your sales lady & gentleman. It arrived in perfect condition. It is a 20th anniversary for my partner. I am absolutely delighted with the service from Goldsmith’. I’ll be visiting your Bluewater branch on 20th August to see if they sell a small box I can wrap it in. I am very excited to have made this purchase. Great shopping experience

Exemplary Customer Service from the entire team, especially Mario. Thank you

After a poor experience in another well known jewellers, I ventured in to purchase a Gucci watch with Birthday money. It was a considered purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted. I was instantly made to feel very welcome, offered a drink by a lovely lady (I’m so sorry I have forgotten her name) and dealt with by a fantastic Manager called Mario. He spent almost 2 hours with me, making sure everything was correct and that I was completely happy. I’m so pleased I ended up purchasing from Goldsmith’s and the service I received was a huge contrast from the previous store I’d been into. I can’t rate their professionalism highly enough. As someone with a long history in Retail Management and Customer relations, I know how important it is to give praise where it’s due and this is well deserved. Fantastic, thank you

Swarovski earrings

The earrings I ordered on Friday afternoon arrived on Sunday lunchtime. I was given a delivery slot which was very accurate. The earrings are better than they looked on the website. I am delighted with them.

Very good store, highly recommended

Moksha, the Goldsmiths sales representative, was very knowledgeable and quickly directed me to the watch models from different manufacturers that fit what I told her I was looking for. She also told me how to request the COSC certificate for the watch that I ended up buying. Goldsmiths in Westfield London have a very rich watch collection to choose from.

Visited tje store in Nottingham Vic…

Visited tje store in Nottingham Vic centre. Dana was incredibly helpful. I needed to check other options but ordered the first ring I looked at with her.

I ordered on line due to other demands but would love Dana to receive commission for her service.
