Barrington Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, 11 Assault, Other Charges: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joseph James Davis, 18, of Shetland Road in Nashua on a felony accomplice to burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a residence on True Lane in Seabrook on May 8, 2023. Read more about this perp here: Stratham Teen Arrested On Stabbing, Breach Charges In Hampton

Robert J. Dedonato, 33, of Pleasant Street in Derry on second-degree assault and criminal threatening-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling another person and threatening them with a knife by stating, “I’m going to slit your eyes so you can’t see the throat slit,” or words to that effect in Derry on Oct. 30, 2023.

Edmary Eddira De Thomas Cruz, 20, of West Baker Street in Manchester on robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of using force — spraying pepper spray at an employee, to steal merchandise at Macy’s in Salem on Nov. 18, 2023. The indictment also accused him, Siul Mary Rosa Cruz, and-or Lay Rosa Cruz as working in concert on the theft.

Nicholas J. Diphillipo, 29, of Elsmere Avenue in Methuen, Massachusetts, on habitual offender, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs, removing a plastic bag from his pocket and concealing it in the bed of a truck, and driving on Lawrence Road in Salem on Aug. 21, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kyle Gregg Dunn, 50, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Verizon Wireless in Portsmouth on March 22, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Thomas B. Foster, 37, of Myrtle Street in Hillsborough on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on New Hampshire Avenue in Portsmouth on Aug. 21, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joseph J. Galinha Jr., 42, of Exeter Road in Epping on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of kicking another person in the head and the face while they were on the ground on Sept. 29, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Rashidah Nakimera, 35, of Pleasant Street in Stoneham, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Macy’s in Salem on May 28, 2023.

Corey Bryan Nardone, 33, of South Main Street in Seabrook on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing Don Julio Rosado tequila and Jack Daniels whiskey between May 20 and May 21, 2023, at the New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet in Seabrook. Twice before, according to the indictment, Nardone was convicted on theft charges.

Vincenzo A. Panetta, 25, of Sloper Road in Barrington on two second-degree assault and two negligent homicide charges, all felonies, as well as reckless conduct, criminal threatening, and nine simple assault charges. He was accused of acting in concert with Andrew Lucas to cause the death of Zachary Colbroth after he fell from the third floor of the Hanover Street parking garage in Portsmouth on Aug. 26, 2023.

Antonio Joseph Perillo, 27, of Pasture Drive in Franklin on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Emedin Dizdarevic to steal merchandise from Old Navy in Salem on July 31, 2023. Twice before, Perillo has been convicted on theft charges.
