Bond Appropriations Used to Pay Cost of Staff

Minnesota Statutes, Section 16A.501(b) requires a report on the amount and percentage of each state agency's capital appropriation that is used to pay for staff costs under an MMB-approved plan to fund staff costs from state bond proceeds. The Commissioner of Management and Budget must submit the report to the chairs and ranking minority members of the house of representatives and senate committees with jurisdiction over capital investment, finance and ways and means by January 15 of each year.
