Cody Tuttle

Research Scientist

Cody is a research scientist for the Impact Evaluation Unit, where he leads and supports evaluations of substance use and economic assistance programs, and consults with other teams and agencies on data visualization and research. Prior to joining the IEU, Cody worked at several other governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, including the MN Department of Human Services, Hennepin County, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. 

Cody has a Master of Public Policy with a focus in quantitative policy analysis and social policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He also has an MA in sociology and a BA in sociology and criminal justice from the University of Arkansas. He lives in northeast Minneapolis with his wife and daughter and when he’s not working, he loves to run, read, write, play chess, cook, watch Parks and Rec, and spend time with his family.
