Priscilla Stallings

Chief Inclusion Officer

Priscilla Stallings is a change agent and servant leader who is deeply committed to transforming systems and cultivating equitable and inclusive workplaces. As Chief Inclusion Officer, Priscilla leads the Office of Inclusion, developing statewide strategies and tactics to advance and integrate equity and inclusion into all aspects of work at Minnesota state agencies.

Before joining MMB, Priscilla partnered with the private and public sectors on creating equitable business practices, developing inclusive strategies, and deepening social impact. Priscilla has also served as an assistant director at Ramsey County driving leadership development and systems change as well as serving as a thought leader. As a member of the senior team, Priscilla strategically led and advised in the areas of diversity, inclusion, racial equity, change management, policy, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Priscilla holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of Saint Catherine, a graduate certificate in Dispute Resolution from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology – Law Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
