Cash Management

The Cash Management unit is responsible for managing the state's banking service and daily cash flow. Responsibilities include receipt and warrant processing, reconciliation of state bank accounts, monitoring investment activities, processing payroll tax withholding, implementing electronic government service, and issuing payment of the debt service on the state's bond issues.
