Weston is a Senior Manager at MMB and leads the Impact Evaluation Unit. Prior, he led MMB’s Results First project, an effort to increase the use of evidence in policymaking. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Public Administration from Indiana University. He lives in South Minneapolis with his wife, kiddo, and dog; outside of work, he enjoys working in the yard, golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends on a good patio.
