Aaron Berger

Research Scientist

Aaron Berger, PhD, MPH is a research scientist for the Impact Evaluation Unit, where he designs and conducts studies of human services programs with expertise in observational research. Prior to joining the IEU, Dr. Berger held several research positions at the University of Minnesota as well as teaching and environmental consulting. Dr. Berger earned a PhD in epidemiology from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. His dissertation evaluated the effects of two school policies on child and adolescent health. He earlier earned a Master of Public Health in epidemiology with a minor in biostatistics from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Environmental Science and BA in Environmental Policy from Drake University.
